A: Please send us 2D or 3D drawings (with material, dimension, tolerance, surface treatment, and other technical requirements), quantity, application, or samples. Price will be offered within 24h.
Q4: How can I track my order progress without visiting the factory?
A: A detailed production schedule and weekly reports with digital pictures and videos showing the machining progress will be sent to you.
Q5: How do we process the order?
A: After confirming the order, a Proforma invoice will be sent. Upon receiving the deposit, production is arranged immediately and finished in about 25-30 days based on quantity.
