Mold Design & Manufacturing

Using CAD/CAM software and CNC machining, we create precision molds with tight tolerances. Mold flow analysis is conducted for each tool to simulate filling and defects.

CNC Machining & Powder Coating

Our in-house CNC workshop offers drilling, tapping, turning, and milling. Critical dimensions are verified with CMM for tight tolerances. Our surface finishing line includes powder coating, ensuring strong adhesion and a long-lasting finish.
